Ingredients For Zinger Chicken:
Chicken breast long strips 1& 1/2kg
red chilli flakes (kurti laal mirch)1Tbsp & 1/tsp
black pepper powder ( Kali mirch )1Tsp
salt 1& 1/2tsp
coriander powder (dhania powder) 2Tbsp
cumin powder (zeera powder) 2Tbsp
mustard powder 3Tbsp
lemon juice 1/2 cup
garlic 1 bunch cloves 1 piece ginger make paste
Ingredients For Chicken Coating:
Flour ( maida) 2 & 1/2 cup
cornflour 2Tbsp
salt 1 tsp
black pepper powder 1/2tsp
red chilli powder 1/2tsp
garlic powder 1/4tsp
chilled water as required
Method:
1=In a bowl add all ingredients, then add chicken mix it well cover & place into fridge for overnight marination .
2= Coat chicken strip with flour then dip into water again coat with flour press with hand for good crumbing, prepare all.
3= Now fry in low flame for 5 minutes then fry on medium to high flame for give colour.
4= Golden brown in colour it's ready.

Ingredients For green coriander chutney:
Coriander leaves ( dhania pata) 40 gm
garlic clove 1
cumin ( zeera powder) 1/4 tsp
salt 1/4tsp
water as required.
Method:
1= Add all ingredients into grinder jug grinde nicely, chutney is ready .

Ingredients For Zinger Sauce:
ketchup 1cup
mayonnaise 1/3 cup
chilli garlic ketchup 1/4 cup
black pepper powder 1/4 tsp
salt 1/2 tsp
Method:
mix all ingredients well.
Zinger Sauce is ready.
For Assembling Zinger Paratha Roll:
1= Take paratha spread green raita, Zinger Sauce, place Zinger chicken, onions drizzle green raita & Zinger Sauce on top, wrap with butter papper.
2= Zinger Paratha Roll is ready serve with fries.
