✅ Uncle Bens Zucchini Caviar 👇

Ingredients:
* Onion - 400 Grams
* Salt - 2 Tbsp. spoons
* Sugar - 2/3 Cup
* Vinegar 9% - 3 Tbsp. spoons
* Tomato - 1 Kilogram
* Zucchini - 1.5 Kilograms
* Bulgarian pepper - 500 grams
* Vegetable oil - 1/2 Cup

👉 Step by step cooking 👇

1. Prepare the required ingredients. Wash the vegetables. Peel the onion, chop the pepper and remove the seeds. Cut the courgettes into cubes.

2. Cut the onion into half rings, pepper into strips. Twist the tomatoes with a meat grinder.

3. For the marinade, combine tomato puree, vegetable oil, sugar, salt and vinegar in a saucepan. Bring marinade to a boil, simmer for 5 minutes. Add the zucchini to the boiling marinade - cook for 5 minutes. Then onion - cook for 5 minutes.

4. Then turn of bell pepper - also cook for 5 minutes. Remember to stir gently.

5. Spread the hot salad in sterilized jars, tighten with clean lids. The output of the finished salad is 3.5 liters. Store in a cool and dark place.
