Sharada is a cook. Like many others, she works in an apartment complex in Bangalore, cooking hearty home meals for seven families daily. She cooks so fast that you might to even notice her in the kitchen, yet she feeds and nurtures entire families. "They are like my family now. I serve them like my own children" - says Sharada. Being from Bangalore herself, Sharada learned the local cuisines of all her customers, which includes culinary knowledge from every part of the country.
Her story is not just about feeding busy city dwellers. With her work, she managed to support her entire family and open up opportunities for her talented children.
