Brad is the President-CEO and founder of CAUSEGEAR L3C. CAUSEGEAR’s mission is to transform the lives of one million people trapped in unfathomable poverty & injustice to become self-sustaining. Brad’s background includes 30+ years of sales, marketing, design, leadership, and business development. He has had the opportunity to lead in complex environments, marketing green technology brands, and creating compassion outreach and giving programs that result in an energized team culture with higher levels of performance and care for the greater good. Brad and his wife Katherine resides in the Chicago area. His passions include art and design, outdoor sports, distance running, international business compassion, global missions for victims of trafficking & extreme poverty, and sustainable life transformation. Brad is the President-CEO of Causegear L3C. His background includes 32 years of sales, marketing, design, leadership, and business development. Brad has had the opportunity to lead and manage a variety of areas including: sales management in complex industrial environments, marketing green technology brands, and creating compassion outreach and giving programs that result in an energized work force with higher levels of performance and care for the greater good.
