How To make Easy Gluten Free Crackers at Home
Pistachio Seed Crackers - Protein and Fiber Rich, Sooo Delicious 😋
Fantastic breakfast idea to have it with french butter, 1 tea spoon of manuka honey, goat or sheep's milk cheeses, or avocado butter as i show in the video , link for avocado butter recipe is below
These lectin free crackers are:
✅Lectin free
✅Gluten Free
✅Sugar free
✅Super EASY to make
✅Rich in protein, fiber, calcium, magnesium, zinc,
✅Rich in omega-3 fatty acids because of flax,
✅ Antioxidant potassium and melatonin rich because of pistachios ,
✅Vitamin E, as well as manganese copper, and phosphorus because of almond flour.
❇️These pistachio nut and seed crackers are nutty, light, and crispy, they came out really good so I decided to share my NEW recipe with you all 💕
I used 11x10 baking sheets
✅Note- you can make these crackers super thin - In this case divide mixture in 2 1/2 part
And flatten super well - as thiner as crispier it will be
🌸Recipe Ingredients Easy Steps:
Serving 40 crackers - 2 sheets
🌸STEP 1:
Preheat oven and
In one big bowl combine all these ingredients below:
🔶3/4 cup of chopped pistachios - ( I love Trader Joe's raw pistachio's)
🔶3/4 cups of almond flour - blanched
🔶About 3/4 cup of ground flax meal
🔶3/4 cup of sesame seeds
🔶1/2 cup of poppyseeds
🔶3 table spoons of olive oil
🔶 1 1/4 tsp of iodized sea salt
🔶1 1/4 cup of hot boiling water
🌸STEP 2:
Mix with the large spoon very well and leave it for 5 min to sit.
Then line parchment paper on the 2 baking sheets. Divide the mixture in 2 equal parts.
Transfer one part on the baking sheet covered with parchment paper and with the large wet spoon press it well, then use wet spatula and flatten it, like in the video.
Do the same for the other half and slice it with the knife.
🌸STEP 3:
Bake for 50 min at 300 - for crispness let it cool completely and bake again at 300 for 20-23 min,
❇️It is great with French or Italian butter,
with tea spoon on Manuka honey, Sheep's milk pecorino Romano or goat milk cheeses.

❇️Note you can make these crackers sweet by adding non gmo allulose or spicy by adding your favorite spices
