Christian Felgemacher showed us 2 focus areas on the Rohm booth at PCIM 2022.
First, we discussed the SiC power device line up which was recently extended to include a 4th gen trench MOSFET with improved performance. Then we moved on to the automotive traction inverter pod where modules and MOSFETs were on display.
