Surati Chana Dal Samosa | How to make Samosa |સુરતી ચણાની દાળનાં સમોસા | सुरती चना दाल के समोसा

( Ingredients)
250 gms Chana dal Soaked for 5 to 6 hours n parboiled with Salt n turmeric powder,
3 Tb Sp. Onion Chopped,
1 T. Sp. Garlic Paste,
1 T. Sp. Ginger Paste,
1 T. Sp Green Chilly Paste,
a pinch of Cinnamon Clove Powder,
2 Tb Sp Coriander Leaves Chopped,
1 Tb Sp Mint Leaves,
2 to 3 Tb Sp Sugar Bura,
2 Tb Sp Lime juice,
Salt as per taste,
3 Tb Sp Cashew Nuts, Raisin

( For Outer Cover Samosa Patti and Maida Paste For Sticking)

(Procedure)
Mix all ingredients in Chana Dal,
Fill in Samosa.
Shaped like Samosa
Deep Fry all, serve hot
