Pepperpot Recipe for 3 pounds of Goat Chops (you can use any meat of your choice)
4 tbsp cooking oil
1 tbsp crushed garlic (to infuse oil)
1 tbsp chopped ginger (to infuse oil)
1 tbsp salt (or salt to taste)
1 tsp ground black pepper
Fine leaf thyme (about 7 stems)
1 medium yellow onion sliced
1 medium red onion sliced
pinch of ground clove or whole if you prefer whole cloves
1 whole garlic smashed
2 cinnamon stick
2 habanero peppers
some Wiri Wiri (optional)
3 tbsp cassareep
water added to meat level to cook on slow heat
