Pune Division is happy to present a refurbished, revamped and renovated train 12125/12126 Pragati Express, upgraded under Indian Railways' Mechanical Department's "Project Utkrisht". Pune Division is the first open-line coaching depot to roll out a train upgraded under Project Utkrisht.

Amongst the amenities upgraded and newly added are:

1) Exterior painting - Anti-graffiti PU painting in the new, unique colour scheme
2) Vinyl Wrapping - Coach interiors with high quality, pleasant-looking vinyl graphics to improve aesthetics.
3) Indigenous-design Ventilation Window - To eliminate foul smell in lavatories and increase air circulation.
4) Braille Signages - In passenger areas and lavatories to aid the visually impaired.
5) Odour Control System - In passenger areas and lavatories to eliminate foul smell.
6) LED lighting - Brighter, electricity-saving LED fittings.
7)Passenger Information System - To help passengers with journey information.
8) Anti-Skid Tiles, Scrap Mats, Improved Flushing System, Durable Concealed Piping and Fibre Wash Basins - In lavatories to improve aesthetics and passenger comfort.
