Rishi Sunak MP, Chancellor of the Exchequer confirmed on 27 October, 2021 as segment of the U.K. autumn 2021 Budget that a new Scale-Up visa route will commence in the United Kingdom in the spring of 2022.

This new UK visa route, which was first published in the spring 2021 Budget, will permit eligible, fast-growing businesses to employ high-skilled international workforce. It is part of the UK government’s attempt to entice talented professionals to the U.K.

Please keep in mind that the visa will be open to applicants who fulfil the following:

Pass the language skill requirement.
Possess a high-skilled job offer from an entitled business (a scale-up) with a salary of a minimum of £33,000.
