Two police officers and a civilian driver were shot dead last night, when armed thugs attempted to carry out a daring robbery near Total Petrol station along Gayaza road. The thugs were targeting cashiers of a firm that bakes bread.
This attack comes hot on the heels of the Lukuuli police raid yesterday where a police officer was seriously injured and his gun stolen.
