(9 Sep 1976) In the Northern Vietnamese city of Hanoi, thousands of people earlier this month, celebrated the 31st anniversary of the founding of the Democratic Republic of Vietnam. the celebrations were an occasion for vast parades and public speeches by the re-unified nation's leaders.....among them the Vietnamese Premier Pham Van Dong.
