What is User Flow?
What path the user takes to navigate through the website or app, prompting the creation of user flow. This path is divided into a series of steps that the user takes from the entry point through conversion.

An Ecommerce website example of user flow:

-- The user starts on the home page;
-- From the home page, the user navigates to a product category
-- In a product category page, the user selects a specific item and navigates to the item details page
-- On the item details page, the user adds an item to the cart and navigates to the cart page
-- From the cart page, the user navigates to checkout
-- From the checkout page, the user completes the purchase and sees a confirmation page

Basic questions you need to consider to build a strong user flow:
• What is the user trying to accomplish?
• What information does the user need to do it?
• What barriers might prevent users from accomplishing a goal?
