In a dramatic turn of events, police engaged in an encounter with Sarfaraz, the prime accused in the murder of Ramgopal Mishra. During the encounter, Sarfaraz, also known as Rinku, along with another accused, Talib, sustained gunshot wounds. Sarfaraz was reportedly attempting to flee to Nepal, with the incident occurring near the Honda Basahari Canal close to the Nepal border.
