We went on a trip to Bardhaman (or Burdwan as people like to say) to get the real taste of Mihidana and Sitabhog. These two desserts were invented 116 years ago for a very special guest of the Maharaja of Bardhaman. So, we visited the real founders of this iconic dish to know what the Maharaja tasted 100 years ago.
