When I started showing homes to buyer clients I soon realized that often I was more or less wasting time. But if I was going around every buyer showing 1 hour ahead of time to door knock the area before my clients got there, I was turning that useless showing into a possible listing. The best door knocking for real estate agents script. This script in my opinion is one of the best door knocking scripts for real estate agents as it is dual purpose. The ability to turn a useless showing into a listing and referrals from existing clients is SO powerful! Door knocking for real estate agents is an old school strategy but you MUST have 10-15 conversations a day with actual home owners if you want to be a listing agent. And door knocking as a realtor is the best way. I really hope this door knocking for real estate agents script and strategy helps!
