President Arifwala Police launched a major operation against drug dealers, arrested drug dealers, recovered 61 kg of drugs worth more than 1 crore, registered a case.

Under the vision of Chief Minister Punjab Maryam Nawaz and IG Punjab Dr. Usman Anwar and DPO Pakpattan Tariq Wilayat, Pakpattan police launched a special crackdown against drug dealers.
On the information of the informer, the Police Station Sadar Arifwala stopped the suspicious rickshaw and arrested the drug dealer Ikram Macchi Sakna 167 EB while acting on the information of the informant. However, a huge amount of drugs, more than 42 kg of hashish and more than 18 kg of opium, were recovered from the rickshaw.
Apart from Pakpattan, the arrested drug dealers used to supply drugs in Bahawalnagar, Sahiwal, and Wahari.
SP Investigation Pakpattan Shahida Noreen said in a press conference that on the special orders of Chief Minister Punjab Maryam Nawaz and IG Punjab Dr. Usman Anwar, Pakpattan police is cracking down on drug dealers, arresting many drug dealers from the crackdown. Drugs worth crores of rupees have been recovered and many drug dealers have fled away from their drug selling bases due to the fear of arrest.
