Clinical Features:
A young female patient came with
- Amenorrhoea for 9 months
- No fetal movement
- Lower abdominal pain.
Ultrasound Features:
- About 36+ weeks sized intrauterine single dead fetus.
- No cardiac motion.
- No body movement.
- Fetal pleural effusion.
- Oligohydramnios.
Remember:
Always try to search & document the positive findings in a case of a dead fetus.
