Hello everyone when u have a long tirering day and just want to make something light yet tummy filling recipe most easy way then you should try this Cucumber Potato Recipe with some simple ingredients you can fill up your hunger cramps in a short time.
Ingredients:
2 to 3 large potatoes
2 Cucumber
5 to 6 tbs of mayonnaise
1 tps chillie flakes
1 tps black pepper
1 tps white pepper
1 tps oregano
Salt to taste
Handfull fresh coriander leaves
Pomegranate for garnishing
Method :
1.Boil the potatoes nicely until tenders Completely .
2.Once the potatoes are cool add mayonnaise, chillie flakes,black pepper,white pepper ,oregano ,fresh coriander leaves, and salt to taste.
3.Mix the ingredients very well so their is no lumps and transfer into a piping g bag.
4.Now cut the fesh Cucumber into a broad slice .
5.Now place the sliced cucumber into a plate and start to fill the cucumber top with the potato mousse and garnish with some pomegranate.
