Kentucky Governor Andy Beshear provided updates on Friday before touring flood damage in hard-hit eastern Kentucky. The historic flooding has claimed at least sixteen lives — and multiple people have been reported missing. "Everybody keep praying, we're not out of this yet," said Beshear.
