🌻 Hey Everyone, Welcome back to my channel.
Today's focus is one of my Best 10 minute legs and glutes workout with ankle weights and a mini band/resistance band. It’s summertime somewhere around the world, and looking good in our beachwear is always fulfilling. Apart from looking good in our bikinis, by performing these exercises we are not only strengthening our core but improving our functional movements that assist in our everyday tasks.

⚖️ As you know we won’t achieve anything positive if we don’t put in the work and give our bodies the time to recover. We also have to eat right according to our body types, keep those stress levels low (exercise is highly recommended), and repeat. 🏋🏽 I am Using:
500grams ankle weights on each ankle, and a resistance band. These are Optional and Not Mandatory. Feel free to adjust, according to your fitness level.
