Who is Steve Portigal?
Steve is one of the most experienced, effective and well known user researchers on the planet. In his 20+ years as Principal of Portigal Consulting, he has run research studies - interviewing hundreds of people - for organisations such as eBay, Hewlett-Packard, Microsoft, Nike, PayPal, and Sony. Steve’s a regular blogger and podcaster, as well as the author of two widely praised books on user research - “Interviewing Users” and “Doorbells, Danger, and Dead Batteries”.
