FEI Solidarity is the development programme of the Federation Equestre Internationale. It was launched in 2011 on the initiative of FEI President HRH Princess Haya to promote and develop equestrian sport and is based on the Olympic Solidarity model and principles. The FEI Solidarity programme seeks to engage and support National Federations by creating, supporting and expanding projects and programmes from grass roots to elite level throughout the global FEI Family. Based on the Olympic Solidarity concept, FEI Solidarity focuses its practical assistance on the four components of the sport: the Athlete, the Coach, the National Federation and the promotion of the sport's global values.
