Fuel pump change on 2007 Victory Vegas 8 ball
Symptoms...
When fuel pump started going..
hesitation at full throttle.
Next day stalled, would start back up but have no power.
Wouldn't go past 50 miles an hour after the third stall.
Then wouldn't even start back up!
The cause was fuel filters disintegrated and went into the fuel pump.
I was able to clean the injectors very simply.
Pretty easy fix everything on eBay was $55
fuel pump,regulator and filters.
Tank only consisted of four fasteners 2-13 mm two
10 mm Allen.
To vent hoses and one high pressure fuel line along with one electric plug.
Sorry I couldn't get a video tearing it apart.
It's directly under the gas tank with one black clip and then you got to pry down on the access cover.
Buy the seals for the access cover ahead of time
the old o-rings will be stretched and won't go back in.
the kit online was $10
