I started my Amazon private label business 5 years ago and I have been making money selling on Amazon ever since.
Earlier this year, I also spent a couple of months starting Amazon FBA arbitrage and made over £15,000 in sales in the first two months. Amazon FBA Arbitrage may also be referred to as either RETAIL arbitrage or ONLINE arbitrage.
I focused the business towards Amazon Online Arbitrage, however, Amazon Retail Arbitrage works exactly the same way with the only difference being where you purchase the products from.
Amazon FBA complements both private label and arbitrage, however, it is important to understand the pros and cons of each method.
My personal preference is Amazon private label as it has less competition, higher return on investment and greater potential to provide a passive income.
Amazon arbitrage for beginners is a popular approach to selling on Amazon as it has a low barrier to entry and requires less money than a private label business.
However, Amazon arbitrage is a very time intensive side hustle and new Amazon sellers will spend hours every day sourcing and prepping products to be sent to Amazon. There is also a high risk of IP complaints and getting your Amazon seller account suspended.
