During his 2013 visit to Madison Wisconsin, His Holiness the Dalai Lama participated in a youth conference organized by the Offifice of Tibet, NY. Held at Deer Park Buddhist Center, the topic was “Engaging Youth on Tibetan Issues”. Students from the communities of Minnesota, Wisconsin and Illinois had the rare opportunity to hear His Holiness address many of the issues facing Tibetan youth today, then participate in a lively Q&A.
