The good news is that planks are the easiest to achieve 🙌 , and becoming stronger at planks makes you far more prepared for the other moves, too!
➡️➡️➡️ Build up to doing planks by elevating your elbows!! This reduces the weight through your shoulders and core, and allows you to properly fire up your core muscles.🔥
Watch this video closely for tips to make sure your planks are spot-on!! (You should be a stickler for your technique!!)
Do them as elevated as you need, and then gradually lower the height down to floor level.
