Cod fish in Black Bean Sauce with Green Peppers Recipe
Black bean sauce goes fantastically well with fish and cod is the perfect fish for it as it is chunky and is great for absorbing flavours.

For this recipe you will need
2-4 cod fillets
2 tbsp fermented black beans
4 cloves of garlic
1 orange bell pepper
1/2 a white onion
200ml vegetable stock or plain water
1/2 tbsp light soy sauce
1 tsp sugar
A good pinch of salt and pepper
1 tbsp cornflour/cornstarch mixed with a little water to thicken
2-3 tbsp of cooking oil to stir fry
