Serving size 8-10 (Mini) (2 Tablespoon scoops)

Ingredients
Wet (Save 2 Tablespoon to brush on top of the scones.)
-1 Large egg
-1/3 Cup / 80G / 80 mL Heavy Cream
-1 Tsp Vanilla Extract
Dry
-1+1/4 Cups / 150G All-Purpose Flour
-1/8 Cup / 25G Sugar
-1 Tsp Baking Powder
-1/2 Tsp salt
-3 Tbsp / 43G Cold Unsalted Butter

-1/2 Cup / 85G Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips

Bake at 400F / 205C for 20 min or until golden brown.
