Tajikistan President Emomali Rahmon met with Chinese Premier Li Qian during a visit to Beijing on Wednesday.
Rahmon was greeted by Li before the pair sat down for talks.
The talks took place ahead of the China-Central Asia Summit being held in China later this week.
