This gluten free pie crust comes from the Martha Stewart website and the website claims it is their best. But is it? The recipe only has 3 stars out 675 ratings and the directions are lacking a couple of key instructions that I think are needed. One huge advantage to the recipe is that it works well (according the website) with two gluten free flour blends that are easily found in stores and online, Bob’s Red Mill Gluten-Free Flour and Cup4Cup.
