"C'mon just try."
"This one won't hurt you"
"You can start or continue tomorrow"
These or similar comments are very common from friends, family or colleagues at work.
And it doesn't make it easy for you when you already struggle standing strong.
Maybe you get told that other people feel awkward when you don't participate.
