This is a different version of Gado Gado (Indonesian Vegetable Salad with Peanut Sauce). It's garlicky and so delicious!

Recipe:
Ketoprak
Ingredients:
Rice Cake (traditionally it served with rice cake, but in this case I don’t add it, as I am making the low cal version )
4 diced slightly tofu, seared pan
25 gr Cooked Vermicelli
40 gr Cooked Bean sprouts
Sweet Soy Sauce (kecap manis)
Fried Shallot
Indonesian Crackers (kerupuk)
Peanut Sauce:
60 gr peanut, well toasted
2 TBS Coconut sugar
3 chillies
2 Garlic
Salt
Water
Steps:
• Blend the toasted, coconut sugar, chillies, garlics, salt & water until smooth (sauce consistency). Adjust to your taster
• Transfer the sauce to the plate. Add the tofu, vermicelli, bean sprouts. Swirl the sweet soy sauce, fried shallot and Indonesian Crackers (kerupuk)
• Ready to serve
