The B2D10065K is a SiC Schottky diode with no reverse recovery current, very low reverse current, and excellent inrush current capability. This diode has almost no switching losses, has higher system efficiency than Si diodes, and reduces heat sink requirements, which can significantly reduce costs. It is commonly used in applications such as switch-mode power supplies, uninterruptible power supplies, and motor drives.
