Happy Wednesday Everyone! It's that time of year for PUMPKIN CHOCOLATE CHIP MUFFINS!! I'm so happy that I'm doing a happy dance!! You are going to love this recipe ...it is so easy , you don't even need a mixer. Whaaaaa???!!!! And I show you a Gluten Free Option as well.

**Recipe: wet ingredients-15oz canned pumpkin, 2 eggs, 1 c of sugar, 1/3c. oil, 1 c. brown sugar
*mix well & add spices- 4t. pumpkin pie spice, 1t. baking powder, 1/2 t. salt
*then add dry ingredients-2c. flour , mix in 1 1/2c chocolate chips
*spray pan with cooking spray & bake 350* for 20-25-30 min
