If you are curious about trying bugs and happen to be in Siem Reap definitely check this place out. The only bug that we didn't like was the water bug - aside from it looking like a monster cockroach with pinchers - we couldn't get past the texture or taste. Everything else was good to great though. I was particularly surprised how good the silkworm curry was.
