Here’s the secret recipe:
Beef Curry:
Oil: 1/2 cup
Onion Sliced:4 medium
Ginger Garlic Paste: 1 tbsp
Beef Boneless: 1 kg
Tomatoes Sliced: 3 big
Water: 2 cups
Cumin Powder:1 tbsp
Salt:1 tsp
Coriander Powder : 1 tbsp
Red Chili powder: 1 tbsp
Garam Masala powder: 1 tsp
Turmeric Powder: 1 tsp
Cumin seeds: 1 tsp
Whole garam masala
Black Pepper, Cloves & Cinnamon Sticks
Method:
Chop beef into small pieces. Pour oil in a frying pan. Add onions and sauté till soft. Now add ginger garlic paste, keep frying and add beef Cubes, tomatoes and all the mentioned spices. Add 2 cups of water and let it cook for 40 minutes. After that sauté till all the ingredients are well combined and oil separates. Once again, add 1 cup of water and cook for 10 minutes or till the beef is tender.
Boiling Spaghetti
Spaghetti : 1 packet
Salt : 1 tsp
Oil : 1 tsp
In a large frying pan, add water, salt and 1 tsp of oil. When the water is boiled, add the Spaghetti and cook for 15 minutes. When cooked, add some more water into Spaghetti. Let it rest for 15 minutes
Coconut Curry:
Yoghurt: 400 gm
Coconut Milk Powder: 50 gm
Split Bengal Gram Flour: 7 tbsp
Turmeric Powder: 1 tsp
Green Chilies: 2-3 Pieces
Water as required
Oil: 1 tbsp
Cumin Seeds: 1 tsp
Curry Leaves: 1 tsp
Sour Salt: 1 tsp
Salt: 1 tsp
Method:
Put yoghurt, coconut powder, split Bengal, gram flour, green chilies, turmeric and two cups of water in a blender. Blend it well.
Now pour some oil in a pan, before adding cumin seeds and curry leaves. When they start crackling, pour all the yoghurt mixture on it. Add more water and salt before waiting for a boil. Then add salt and cook for more 10 minutes.
Topping Spice
Oil :1 tbsp
Garlic Minced: 1 tbsp
Sesame Seeds: 1 tbsp
Red Chilies Crushed: 1 tbsp
Method:
In a pan, pour some oil and add minced garlic and sauté the garlic until it’s light golden brown. Then add sesame seeds and crushed red chilies, sauté all ingredients for about 1 or 2 minutes.
