1.2 kg Pata ng Baboy (Pork hock)
1 sm Cabbage
2 pcs Potatoes
3 pcs Saba
20-25 pcs Baguio beans
3 stalks Onion leeks
1 head Garlic crushed skin on
2 pcs Shallots
2 pcs Bay leaf
1 tsp Coarse salt
1 tbsp Fish sauce to taste
1/4 cup Vinegar (sukang Iloco)
1 pc Pork cube
1 tsp Whole peppercorn
2 tbsp Cooking oil
2 tsp Margarine (optional)
Enough water to submerge the meat
Dipping Sauce:
calamansi, thai red chillies, fish sauce
