This workout is fantastic if you don't have a lot of time, but still want to get the job done!
Based on research from McMaster University, this 7 minute circuit combines cardio moves with specific resistance training exercises, to improve cardiovascular fitness and build strength.
We move through 12 moves, each for 30 seconds where you go, go, go! And then catch your breath for 10 seconds as you transition to the next exercise. Maximum intensity, minimal time investment.
For an extra challenge, take a 1 minute break, drink some water, and repeat the video 2-3 times. :)
