With Surge Overload, you get over a minute of an well executed robot/mechanical theme, with excellent animations, beautiful art and more than one bossfight that take this to another level. I really enjoy the buildup within this level, it follows the music perfectly, starting off slower and by the time the drop hits and the first boss appears there is a ton of movement on the screen, surrounded by bright and flashy effects.

The bossfights we get here are the highlight for sure, their designs are sleek, fitting in with the rest of the design, the attacks are varied and synced to the music which is always satisfying, and the animations are very smooth as well. Both are unique in their design and gameplay.
