The Route 213 option for Absol is a Swarm-type encounter, but if you want to find it earlier you can find it in the Grand Underground. In the Grand Underground, Absol can be found within the Spacious, Grassland, Dazzling, Big Bluff, and Stargleam Caves as a rare encounter, and then also in the Plain and Sunlit Caves as part of the National Pokedex. I found Absol to actually be a fair bit rarer than some of the others so you may need a bit more patience for this one! Good luck!
