This presentation was given by Teri DiMarino, at the All American Grooming Show in Wheeling IL on August 7, 2015. She discussed what the PPGSA is and how it could aid the pet grooming industry as grooming regulations and licensing is introduced to individual state governments. Joey Vilani also discussed the Bill currently being presented in New Jersey concerning government regulations for groomers in that state.
