If you have failed the NREMT exam three times you are required to take a CAPCE accredited refresher course. A refresher or remedial training course is taught by an EMS instructor and walk you through the national component hours for your NREMT certification level whether that is EMR, EMT, AEMT or Paramedic.

Using NREMT remedial training your goal is comprehend the national component content so you can clear up any knowledge deficits you have had causing you to fail the NREMT exam previously.
