Air defence systems are essential to defend a country’s skies from incoming fire. As air attacks provide an effective way to destroy an area it's more important than ever that there are ways to deter this from happening. German military giant Rheinmetall is responsible for a series of air defence systems that do exactly that. They are named Skynex, Skyranger, Skyguard, Skyshield, and Millennium Gun and they compliment each other to provide the militaries with a powerful resistance against the enemy. So powerful in fact that these systems have been in the news recently because some of them may be sent across to Ukraine to help their ongoing defence effort against the Russians.
