Sheriff Grady Judd, along with Deputy County Manager Joe Halman, is giving details about the arrests of 10 suspects who fraudulently obtained federal CARES (Coronavirus Aid, Relief, and Economic Security) Act money from Polk County. They’re all facing a variety of charges, including felonies. Some of the suspects were receiving government assistance upon their arrests, such as food stamps and unemployment.
