This tasty Raffaello coconut balls recipe needs only 3 ingredients. Easy and simple to make and no need to cook or bake.
Recipe:
11/2 cup desiccated coconut
1/3 cup condensed milk
12 Hazelnuts
Method:
Add condensed milk into 1 cup of desiccated coconut in a bowl and mix until all combined.
Cover the mixture and refrigerate for 1 hr. (this makes the mixture less sticky and easy to roll)
Add a nut of your choice (I added Hazelnuts) in the center of the coconut mixture and make a ball.
Roll the balls in remaining 1/2 cup of desiccated coconut.
Chill in the refrigerator for 15 min before serving.
Recipe makes about 12 balls.
