Day 89 of 100 challenge to sell 100 million dirhams worth of property in Dubai.

I recently completed a sale on my 46th property since I started my real estate journey in January 2023 and in the process sold I have sold 102.5 million dirhams of real estate in Dubai.

While 1 million a day is a very ambitious target, we are coming into the traditionally busiest time of the year and there is a decent chance I can do it as I am now focusing on higher end properties.
