This video explains what the Strong's Concordance is and gives a few examples of how to use it, including a careful study of Psalm 119:70.

You are looking for "The New Strong's Expanded Exhaustive Concordance of the Bible [Hardcover]," by Dr. James Strong.
It is an AMAZING study tool, and I HIGHLY recommend it! (By the way, I do not make any money here for promoting it. I just want people to be enabled to understand the meaning of the Holy Scriptures for themselves, perhaps to a greater degree than they currently do.) :)
If you would like to see a free concordance online, then I recommend using this one:

In the search bar you can either type words or Bible verses to look up the meanings of words.
Be careful not to read in too much to the commentaries. I do not agree 100% with 100% of the commentary. Most of it is very good though...
In the KJV Bible, the words in normal font are an exact and direct translation from the original languages. Words rendered in italics were added by the translators, to make it a decent translation. I would say that with the possibility of a few exceptions, the KJV translators did a very good job of adding the extra words in italics.
Make no mistake here: the KJV is THE BEST Bible to use if you are using English. The Strong's Concordance also only really works with the KJV. That's why it is IMPERATIVE that you use a King James Version Bible!
In the Strong's Concordance, numbers in normal font [referring to the Old Testament] link to the Hebrew Concordance. Numbers in italic font [referring to the New Testament] link to the Greek Concordance.

Notes from this study/this video copied here:
TOW: "And he brake the withs, as a thread of tow [H5296] is broken when it toucheth the fire." "The strong shall be as tow [H5296], and the maker of it as a spark, and they shall both burn together, and none shall quench them." "They are quenched as tow [H6594]." Judges 16:9; Isaiah 1:31; 43:17.
This word here "tow" is a noun. It is not used in modern English. I only found out what it means by reading the Strong's Concordance. H5296 means "refuse of flax" (i.e. excess waste threads from your clothing) whereas H6594 just means "flax;" (also: the wick of a plant).
GIN: The other word I found was "gin."
"The gin [H6341] shall take him by the heel." "He shall be... for a gin [H6341] and for a snare to the inhabitants of Jerusalem." "Can a bird fall in a snare upon the earth, where no gin [H4170] is for him?" Job 18:9; Isaiah 8:14; Amos 3:5.
The word does not refer to the alcoholic drink! H6341 means a bird trap, a trap, or a snare. In a figurative sense it can also refer to calamities as a "trap" or a "gin." The word also has a second meaning as "a plate of metal." H4170 means bait, a lure, or a snare.
Psalm 119:70 - "GREASE"
Strong's H2459 - cheleb
In the Bible, "cheleb" appears 92 times. It was translated 79 times as "fat," 4 times as "fatness," 5 times as "best," twice as "finest," one time as "marrow," and one time as "grease" [in Psalm 119:70].
The word primarily means "the fat" (either of humans or of animals). It also means "the choicest or best part" [of products of the land]. The root word means "to be fat."
Psalm 119:70 - "FAT"
Strong's H2954 - taphash
Taphash is only found once in Scripture. The word here translated "fat" more literally means "to be thick" (in a figurative sense). Metaphorically it means "to be inert" or "to be stupid." Other synonyms include "gross" or "insensitive."
In modern English, "You're thick" implies great stupidity. This then has the same meaning: "Their heart is as fat [as stupid or stubborn or "thick"] as "fat" or "grease" is; and this is then contrasted with, "But I delight in Thy Law."
