Also sharing recipe for my Special “Parantha Masala” that will make all your Paranthas extra special!This is a typical Punjabi style Paneer Parantha the way I do it at home!

Recipe :
Paneer paratha
Preparation time: 10 minutes
Cooking Time: 20 minutes
Recipe Ingredients:
200gms paneer crumbled
½ cup chopped onion
1 tsp chopped ginger
1tsp chopped green chili
2 tbsp chopped coriander leaves
11/2 cup wheat flour
Salt to taste
Oil
Masala
½ tsp carom seed
1 tsp cumin seed
2 tsp red chili flakes
2 tsp crushed coriander seeds
2tsp dry mango powder
1 tsp garam masala
½ tsp black pepper powder
1 tbsp kasuri methi
salt
Recipe Method:
Mix together paneer, onion, green chili, ginger,coriander leaves and all the masala in a bowl.
In another bowl, take flour ,salt and knead it to a soft dough with water.
Rest it for 10 min
Make lemon sized balls with the dough. Flatten on your palms and stuff in a little stuffing. Seal the ball and roll out into a paratha.
Heat a tawa, place paratha on it and put oil all over it and cook both side till golden in colour.
Serve hot with curd and mint chutney.
