Once the App is installed and configured for Account :
On one of the records, create few Tags with the names "Salesforce", "Dreamforce" etc.
Refresh the page and you will then see the top 5 Popular Objects of our Org, Popular Objects are the Objects with a maximum number of tags attached to them.
Also, another section for "Popular Tags" shows you all the tags which are used a maximum number of times.
On App Launcher, type "Pin Tags Configuration", and go to the "Pin Tags Configuration" tab.
Search: Here you can search the tags by entering the name of the tag or by clicking on the alphabets. You can also see all the tags at once. You can also apply conditions to filter the record.
Mass Tag Creation : Select an Object, you will see all the records of the selected Object. You can add filter to the records also.
Click on the "Add Tags" button and select an existing tag or create a new tag and Proceed.
You will get email notification once the process is completed.
You can also save the filter rule to use it further.
Now, go to a record and click on the Tag, you will be redirected to the page which shows all the records where the particular tag is added.
To customize what fields you want to see on the above page, Go to "Pin Tags Configuration" tab, move to "Object Managements".
Select the Object and add the fields to the Selected section that you want to see. Go to the above page again and refresh it. You will see all the fields that you have added.
It is purely customization.
Tags Recommendation : Here you can create rules with some criteria. If a record fulfills that criteria, it gets recommendations for the related tags. Bell icon appears on the detail page of the record that passes the criteria
Tag Colors: Add color, its Start range, and End range. If a tag is used for "x" a number of times and "x" is between the Start and End Range, its color will be above selected.
This makes the differentiation of the tags very easy.\
User Management: Go to the particular User, click on the down arrow on the right side.
Provide all the permission required and hit Save.
Delete Tags: Provides the functionality to delete the tags of inactive users.
